Cancellation Policy

At Enlighten Wellness, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Standard Appointments

• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).

Members & Package Holders

• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the scheduled service from your membership or package balance.
